Arborglyph will be participating in Reno Social Media Day this year. Social Media Day is a concept cooked up by Mashable as, “A day to celebrate the revolution of media becoming social.” Networking events are always a good idea, but particularly when it comes to social media. While Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, etc are quite social, they are not personal, per se. The online environment lets you scale your presence and hold several, or many, parallel interactions with one or many individuals. In person, we’re not that scalable, so you get a much different experience. The real life interactions are an important part of keeping the virtual ones meaningful. So see you at Seven Tea House in the West Street Market on June 30th, 2011 for Reno Social Media Day! Thanks to Jeremy McRoberts and Michael Tragash for organizing this! We also invite you to follow the Arborglyph team
