There is an industrial area near the Carson City Airport in Carson City, Nevada, that is home to many unique businesses that I’ve done video work for over the years. The latest is the San Franciscan Coffee Roaster Company. This is a manufacturer of super premium coffee roasters that you might have seen at your local coffee shop. They make e everything from 1-pound roasters that sit on a countertop to a 75-pound roaster which is a huge piece of equipment.
The goal of this shoot was to create a lot of video assets of the manufacturing process, the various products in detail and in whole, and the process of roasting coffee in these roasters. The creative director that works for SF Roaster will be doing most of the editing on her own, so I pulled this reel together for my portfolio.
